Masala Noodles


 Ingredients : 

1. 1 1/2 glass water 
2. a pack Maggie noodles/ normal noodles 
3. 3 tsp oil 
4.vegetables - cauliflower, beans, green peas, carrot, 
5. 2 chillies
6. 2,3 curry leaves
7.1/2 tsp coriander powder
8.1/2 tsp red chili powder
9.1/2 tsp jeera powder
10. salt

Method :



Firstly boil noodles in one  glass of water (add 2 tsp oil while boiling)  and keep it aside. Then take a pan put 3 tsp of oil in the pan. Put some curry leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder one by one. Mix well. Then put the vegetables one by one in the pan . Mix them well. Put some salt. Cover the pan for about 5 to 6 minutes. After that put the noodles in the pan mix them well cover the pan for two minutes. Noodles are ready to serve.

For garnishing :

Take bowl put Noodles in it and garnish it with coriander.
