mango ice cream

Ingredients for Mango Ice Cream 3 - Ripe Mango pureed 3 cups (450ml) - Milk 2 cups - Fresh Cream 1 tin - NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Mil k How to make Mango Ice Cream Combine the NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, milk and mango puree in a bowl. Whip the cream lightly and fold into the mixture. Pour into a freezing tray and freeze till half set. Remove and beat with a whisk or electric beater until smooth. Doing so will help keep the texture of the ice cream soft and creamy while it sets. Return to tray and freeze till well set.

iNGREDIENTS 2 cups cooked white rice (see note above) (12 ounces; 350g) 2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil, divided (30ml) 1 small onion, finely chopped (4 ounces; 115g) 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into small dice (3 ounces; 85g) 2 scallions, thinly sliced (1 ounce; 30g) 2 medium cloves garlic, minced (about 2 teaspoons; 5g) 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil Ground white pepper 1 large egg 4 ounces frozen peas (115g) DIRECTIONS 1. If using day-old rice, transfer to a medium bowl and break the rice up with your hands into individual grains before proceeding. Ingredients 250 gm chicken mince 2 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 cup refined flour 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp ginger paste Oil for deep frying 2 Tbsp oil 1 tsp finely chopped garlic 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1 large capsicum-chopped fine For sauce, mix together: 3 Tbsp corn flour-blended 1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp vinegar 2 tsp salt 2 tsp soya sauce 1/2 cup tomato puree 2 Tbsp chopped celery or 1/4 tsp celery salt 2 cups water How to Make Chicken Manchurian Mix together the chicken, egg, flour, garlic and ginger paste, ajino moto and enough water so as to have a thick batter. Leave this for 5-10 minutes. Heat the oil, keeping the heat high drop heaped teaspoonfuls of batter and fry to a golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper till required.  Ingredients :  1. 1 1/2 glass water  2. a pack Maggie noodles/ normal noodles  3. 3 tsp oil  4.vegetables - cauliflower, beans, green peas, carrot,  5. 2 chillies 6. 2,3 curry leaves 7.1/2 tsp coriander powder 8.1/2 tsp red chili powder 9.1/2 tsp jeera powder 10. salt Method : Firstly boil noodles in one  glass of water (add 2 tsp oil while boiling)  and keep it aside. Then take a pan put 3 tsp of oil in the pan. Put some curry leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder one by one. Mix well. Then put the vegetables one by one in the pan . Mix them well. Put some salt. Cover the pan for about 5 to 6 minutes. After that put the noodles in the pan mix them well cover the pan for two minutes. Noodles are ready to serve. For garnishing : Take bowl put Noodles in it and garnish it with coriander. + 

EASY DAL MAKHANI

Ingredients for Dal Makhani Recipe Whole black gram (sabut urad)  1/2 cup Red kidney beans (rajma)  2 tablespoons Salt  to taste Red chilli powder  1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Nutralite Butter  3 tablespoons Oil  1 tablespoon Cumin seeds  1 teaspoon Garlic chopped  6 cloves Onion chopped  1 large Green chillies slit  2 Tomato puree of two tomatoes Garam masala powder  1 teaspoont turmeric powder 1tsp 1 tsp kitchen king masala 2 tsp milk malaai Method Step 1 Pick, wash and soak sabut urad and rajma overnight in three cups of water. Drain. Step 2 Boil sabut urad and rajma in three cups of water with salt and half the red chilli powder (you can add half the ginger too if you wish) for three whistles in a pressure cooker.
